For sale: 4-harness Glimakra table loom, with stand. Pysslingen loom, precursor to the current Victoria loom. I purchased this vintage loom a few years ago at the Great Lakes Fiber show, with new texsolv heddles and new harness tie-up. The loom is in good condition and comes with 2 reeds and lease sticks. It operates with hand levers and has a small footprint, making it nice if you have limited space. The weaving width is 27 inches. Asking $550. Prefer pick up, Akron/Cleveland area (Northfield). Please email me at: blackcorgi.pam.33@gmail.com if interested.

I posted my LeClerc Artisat Floor Loom for sale on 10/30/24. I had what I thought was an offer on 11/1/24 and posted a pending sale. It was a scam that I am writing to warn other sellers. The name the person used was Jorge L. Briones, email brionesjorgel@gmail.com. A bogus check was sent for more than the agreed upon amount. He wanted the difference sent back. My bank verified it was fake. My loom is available and will repost.

    FOR SALE

This is an Ullman Contra with 8 shafts, 10 treadles, about 48 inch weaving width.
It is currently set up with string heddles, but could easily be changed to texsolv. I didn’t change them as I felt the string heddles worked fine. Equipped with two warp beams, both with friction brakes, great for those interested in using two warps. The treadles are very wide, so treadling is easy and lovely. Front and back beams are easily removed to make dressing the loom more comfortable.
Comes with set of lease sticks, homemade raddle, manual, loom assembly instructions, bag of extra string heddles, heddle jig.

    Asking $500
    Can provide photos
Willing to meet up to 2 hours drive from Cleveland or Pick Up in Cleveland.

    DONATION
I have a Gilmakra upright tapestry loom that I’d like to donate, especially to an educational program. I find that I’m really not using it so want to pass it on. I have pictures showing the whole loom and a few more showing details if you are interested.

It could be used for a collaborative work or someone who wanted to develop their “free-form” weaving. The parts slip together and are held in place by pegs. It quickly ( 5 min. 2 people, 10 min. one) assembles and disassembles and is easy to store and and transport in most any car. quickly ( 5 min. 2 people, 10 min. one) assembles and disassembles and is easy to store and and transport in most any car. Assembled, it is about 40” wide and 5’tall. The active weaving area is about 3×3 but you can weave yards long pieces if you like.

If you are not interested any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’m no longer processing fiber and am selling the following:

Pat Green Drum Carder. I’m not the original owner and do not know the model but believe it’s the Deluxe. Drum is 8” in diameter and pulley is 9.5 inches in diameter. Comes with batt lifter. I re-fused the drive belt and it works as it should; replacements are also available. In very good used condition. $325.

Valkyrie Fine Double Row Mini Combs in maple. Also comes with combing pad, clamp, and two dizzes (a Twisted Pixie cedar diz and a Celtic mother of pearl round diz). Tines are straight and sharp; used very little. $125.

Howard Hand Cards, 190 TPI, $35.

Can send pictures of all in response to serious inquiries. Pickup in Strongsville, OH.

Rigid Heddle Loom in Chicago, IL—-trying to sell my 48″ ashford rigid heddle weaving loom. it comes with two shuttles and warping pegs and it’s pre-assembled. it’s been used only once, so it’s basically brand new. if you’re within a 2-3 mile radius i’m willing to coordinate a drop-off, otherwise pickup only please( I live in Chicago, IL). $350 is not a rigid price, but i bought it for $500, so I’d like somewhere between 350-400 ideally. any offers can feel free to contact me through oberon.waters@gmail.com and thank you!

I have a supply of Tapestry yarn that I no longer plan to use. It is beautiful yarn…some (9) Harrisville and some (10) Faro, and a few (3)are hand-dyed from Rebecca Mezoff. I have 2 spools of warp thread. I also have a small pipe loom which I made for her online class. I am offering all for $200, which is quite a savings from their original price. I would be happy to send photos to anyone interested. I live in Cuyahoga County so can arrange delivery. Smoke-free and Pet-free house.

I am downsizing. I have a Schacht, 8 shaft Baby Wolf for sale. It is 6 years old. I bought it new from Schacht in May, 2016. I’ve only used it once or twice a year with no more than 5 yard warps on it each time. It has a trapper keeper and is a high shaft loom and wheels.

It has always been in my home and never traveled to workshops.

The loom is located in Youngstown and you are welcome to come see it. I am asking $2000 or best offer for it. Please contact me at rlmarchand623@yahoo.com. Put loom for sale in title
