Cuyahoga Spinners Guild, a sister guild to the Cuyahoga Weavers Guild, is an informal group dedicated to giving our members a place to enjoy the social side of spinning and other fiber arts. We spin, knit, make lace, hook rugs, crochet, bead, dye, and generally get up to all manner of fun crafty things. Please feel free to join us!
Dues of $10/year are payable in September at our regular meeting (and membership in the Cuyahoga Spinners Guild is completely separate from membership in the Cuyahoga Weavers Guild). If you have any questions about joining the Cuyahoga Spinners Guild, please come to a meeting as our guest. We’ll be happy to have you.
Meetings of the Cuyahoga Spinners Guild are generally held on the 4th Friday of the month. Exceptions are November and December when that day conflicts with holidays.
All meetings are held at the Orange Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library, 31975 Chagrin Blvd., Pepper Pike, OH 44124, with the exception of the June meeting, which is our annual dye day held in conjunction with the Cuyahoga Weavers Guild. You can get more information about dye day by attending one of our regular meetings.
To reach the meeting room for our regular meetings, just go to the right as you enter the library. Look for the people with spinning wheels! Meetings begin at 9:30 am (or whenever people get there) and go until 3:00 pm (or until everyone leaves, whichever comes first).
